eLearning Courses

Digital courses allows learning to be self-directed, with employees accessing course material from their own computer, when it is convenient.  Various media, such as video, audio and simulations, are incorporated into our eLearning permitting the employee to practice skills learned during the course.

Instructor Led Training Courses (ILC) & Virtual Classroom (VC)

Our experienced instructors offer a face-to-face learning experience, rich with hands-on practice and group interactions.  Employees have an opportunity to ask questions and to learn from the contributions of their peers.
 
 

Simulations for eLearning or classroom

Simulations are the best avenue for teaching employees new processes.  We have developed simulations for classroom and eLearning modules.  Our simulations utilize high definition video and / or virtual 3d simulations. 
 

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and training

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are necessary to assure compliance of government legislation in highly regulated industries.  Our knowledge of government regulations, enables us to assess, develop or redesign your company's SOPs so your employees will have an understanding of their responsibilities.
 

Podcasts

Our digital courses can be downloaded to a portable digital media player such as an iPod or MP3 players, allowing employees to learn on the go.  Design of these courses will determine their use and effectiveness.  Our company has studied designs of vodcasts, movies and podcasts and has determined the most effective technigues for training employees via this media.
