Our training strategy is based on information from years of experience in corporate training as well as understanding the latest research on adult learning.

Research shows that adult learners:

  • are self-directed
  • have a rich reservoir of experience that can serve as a resource for learning
  • are motivated by their need to know or to do something
  • tend to have a life-, task-, or problem-centered orientation to learning
  • are generally motivated to learn from within

With research as the foundation, we design our courses around 3 core principles:

  Instructional Design

Proper instructional design requires clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge and experience. We have the educational background, work experience and training to determine employee knowledge gaps. Our years of experience in the development of training solutions, for the Pharmaceutical Industry, has given us the expertise in developing the most appropriate instructional design for your organization.

  Interface Design
In today's knowledge-rich environment, it is essential to create training materials that are engaging, accessible, searchable and tailored to your employees needs. We provide materials that possess all of these characteristics and are deliverable in the classroom, on the web, as self-study manuals or as eLearning modules.
  Interactions
Group exercises and course interactions, whether the course is in the classroom or on the web, are essential to increasing a student's understanding of the information presented. We incorporate interactivity in all of our products.
